Information on the Corona pandemic

According to current regulations of the Saxon government, only non-tourist accommodation may take place in compliance with the 3G regulation. A quick test is not offered by us on site. All forms of accommodation for the purpose of private pleasure (for example holidays, wellness) are prohibited. Furthermore, a contact data collection is required.

In accordance with applicable legal regulations, we are obliged to collect the contact details of our guests. This can be done in the following ways:

• filling in our contact data collection form (German / English) on site or bringing it filled in with you
• daily check-in at breakfast using the QR code and the Corona alert app (“Corona-Warn-App”)

Please note: If you are not recovered or vaccinated (2G) or do not wish to take advantage of the breakfast offer, you will inevitably have to fill in the contact details form.

On the day of arrival, we ask you to fill out our contact form (German / English) or bring it with you. In addition, we ask you, also for your safety, to check in daily before breakfast using the QR code.

Breakfast may only take place from 6 am at the earliest. (Please ask for exact times upon arrival). Furthermore, the 2G rule applies to breakfast. The corresponding proof must be shown to the hotel staff when entering the dining room. Before entering the room, the guest must check in using the Corona-Warn app on the QR code and show this to the hotel staff. If you do not have this app, you must complete a contact details form. Likewise, a mask must always be worn in the dining area. Only at the seat may the mouth-nose protection be removed.
